Prenatal Massage
Our Prenatal Massage is a safe, nurturing treatment designed to support physical comfort and circulation during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
Each session begins face-up in a semi-reclined, zero-gravity position that reduces lower-back pressure and enhances relaxation. The treatment transitions into a side-lying position to focus on the shoulders, back, hips, and legs—areas that often carry extra tension during pregnancy.
This approach promotes both relaxation and functional relief, helping expectant mothers maintain healthy circulation and ease physical strain throughout pregnancy.
