How to Schedule a Massage Appointment
Booking your session is easy — simply call or request a time that works best for you. Early booking is recommended, as massage therapy sessions often fill up quickly.
Marcus is committed to providing individualized attention for every client, so all sessions are by appointment only. Same-day or last-minute appointments may be available depending on schedule flexibility.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is requested for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows time for another client to reserve your spot.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding — these policies help us provide consistent, high-quality massage therapy services to everyone in the Chagrin Falls community.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your massage appointment, your session may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s scheduled time. The full session fee may still apply.
Marcus values every client’s time and strives to maintain a relaxing, punctual environment. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your deep tissue or therapeutic massage so you can unwind and enjoy your full session.
